Keto / Banting Boerrie Roll
This is more of a meal idea than a recipe, but it is so delicious that it is worth sharing. With more and more quality Banting and Keto friendly boerewors becoming available, a real Banting / Keto boerewors roll is definitely possible.
What you will need:
Banting Hot Dog rolls - I used the ones from SA Low Carb Suppliers. These are the lightest Banting rolls I have managed to find.
Your favourite Banting boeriewors
Martinnaise Savoury Banting Mayonnaise
Martinnaise Tomato Sauce
Butter Lettuce
This idea also works well with any kind of meat. I have tried it with chorizzo and it was great!
