Shipping policy
Shipping time:
All orders will be packed and shipped within 1 to two working days under normal conditions subject to confirmation of successful payment and availability of stock. If a stock shortage occurs due to a high volume response to a promotion, an email notification will be sent and an order will be dispatched the moment stock becomes available.
Correct shipping details:
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the correct shipping information is supplied at the time of making the purchase. Any additional costs incurred in shipping due to incorrect information or costs incurred to track down the incorrectly routed parcel will be for the purchaser's account.
Free Shipping:
Orders of R899 or above may be eligible for free shipping to shipping addresses in and around the main centers only inside the borders of the Republic of South Africa, subject to active promotions at the time of purchase and to online store retail customers only. Does not apply to sales or discounted items. Excludes wholesalers/resellers. Rates will be adjusted up or down without notice due to the volatile fuel prices and the impact it has on real-time shipping rates provided on our shipping platform by our service providers. Free shipping applies to discount campaigns/Black Friday Sales etc as well, as long as final checkout amount of standard priced items are over R899.
Pick-ups and Local Deliveries:
We do not offer collect options or local deliveries. Only standard shipment options at this stage.
Destinations:
We currently don't ship outside the borders of the Republic of South Africa
Damages:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@martinnaise.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
