Sugar Free Granola Bars

Sugar Free Granola Bars 

These Granola bars are the perfect addition to any lunch box. They make a fantastic snack and are loaded with good and healthy fats and fiber, but most importantly they taste super good.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Fridge time: 30 minutes
Serving: 12 large rectangular bars/24 small square


  • 2 ½ cups granola
  • ½ cup peanut butter (no added sugar) (Such as the Woolies one or Simple Truth from Checkers)
  • ½ cup Martinnaise sugar-free syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Line a small tray/dish (+- 26cm casserole dish) with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl combine the granola, peanut butter and syrup.
  3. Melt the coconut oil and mix into the granola mixture.
  4. Add the mixture to the lined tray/dish and press down.
  5. Put the tray/dish in the fridge and leave for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the granola from the fridge and from tray/dish and cut into desired size and shape.
